Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Accounting & Finance Specialist to handle bookkeeping, accounts receivable, contract renewals, and financial reporting while working closely with the CFO.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting/controller experience (SaaS preferred)
- Strong QuickBooks Online expertise
- Proven AR and collections experience
- Experience with contracts, renewals, or subscription billing (preferred)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- CPA is a plus but not required
Must-Haves
- Strong background in accounting and AR
- Ability to manage contracts, billing, and renewals
- Experience working closely with a CFO (budgeting, reporting, projections)
- Self-directed with strong attention to detail
- Ability to assess processes and recommend improvements
- Preferably with experience supporting US-based clients
