Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance.
• CPA license is highly preferred.
• At least 8–10 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting operations and USALI.
• Extensive experience in Philippine taxation, including BIR compliance, VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Strong background in internal controls, auditing, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
