Stepping into this critical leadership role, you will drive regional financial strategy and orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation to significantly elevate overall business performance.

• Directing comprehensive group-wide financial consolidation and statutory reporting processes under international accounting standards for more than 50 entities.

• Architecting and reinforcing robust financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.

• Championing digital finance transformation initiatives to optimize data integrity, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Cultivating a high-performing, cross-border finance team through continuous mentorship and a culture of organizational accountability.

To excel in this strategic position, you must possess a strong foundation in complex financial management and demonstrate exceptional enterprise leadership capabilities.

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance coupled with a professional accounting qualification, underpinned by extensive progressive experience in group controllership within complex corporate environments.

• Foundational experience in a top-tier professional services firm complemented by commercial leadership, featuring strong exposure to software services and corporate integrations.

• Deep technical proficiency in applying complex accounting standards and directing statutory audits alongside external partners.

• Strategic capability to effectively engage with executive boards, supported by hands-on proficiency in tier-one enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
