Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct all financial activities within the department.
Manage the preparation of course costing, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Establish, implement, and improve financial systems, processes, and internal policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and submission of audited financial statements.
Oversee banking relationships, cash flow management, and other treasury functions.
Perform preliminary financial evaluations and assessments for international projects as needed.
Conduct financial trend analysis to minimise investment risks and support sound spending decisions.
Track investment performance and design strategies to optimise returns.
Participate in financial meetings and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, including audit-related function.
Experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
Familiarity with local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
Meticulous and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
