Financial Controller

Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role includes managing the preparation of financial statements, monitoring accounting processes, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Financial Controller will analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide guidance on cost control and financial performance. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal teams and external partners, reviewing financial controls, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage core financial processes and controls.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in accordance with applicable standards.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting business decisions.
• CPA
• Proven experience in a Controller, Senior Accounting, or Finance leadership role within the BANKING INDUSTRY is required.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial systems/ERP tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Cebu.
