Role Description The Financial Controller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Central Luzon, Philippines. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and validating financial statements and management reports. The Financial Controller will manage accounting processes, monitor budgets, support forecasting, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Key tasks include supervising the month-end and year-end close, analyzing financial performance, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting audits, optimizing internal controls, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with solid knowledge of core financial principles and practices.
Candidates should possess experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in a corporate environment.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting software.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
Relevant experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, preferably within international or fast-growing companies.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with local and global stakeholders.
