Role Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting of the organization. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading audit processes. The Financial Controller will also develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals and growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and preparation of financial reports
• Proficiency in financial forecasting, planning, and accounting software
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit procedures
• Leadership experience in managing finance teams and initiatives
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred but not required
• Experience in retail or distribution industries is a plus
