This position is responsible for managing the functions and activities of statutory financial consolidation and reporting ofthe Parent company, Intermediate consolidation of other parent entities of the group. Management of cross-ownerships and equity take up for various equity structures and other specialized and technical areas of Group Reporting as a publicly-listed company that provides management, internal and external stakeholders, timely and relevant information on Company's financial position and cash flows.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years in Financial Accounting, with preference on Consolidated financial statement reporting to PSE and SEC in a publicly-listed conglomerate.
- Prior experience in a managerial role is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Must be a CPA
