About the Job
Key Duties:
Business Intelligence Gathering and Analysis Scope- Identify, analyze, and optimize the processes within an organization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
- Gather business intelligence/benchmarking/market research from a variety of sources, including company data, industry and field reports, and public information.
- Assess market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
- Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
- Identify markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
- Summarize financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Able to create a Financial Models.
- Able to utilize AI Tools and creation of AI Agents
Recommendation Development Scope
- Create well-informed and strategic suggestions or proposals aimed at addressing specific business challenges or opportunities.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
- Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
- Does Pricing and cost analysis and recommendations
- Able to utilize AI Tools and creation of AI Agents
Financial Reporting Scope
- Manages and creates Financial reporting
- Does Pricing and costing reports
- Able to utilize AI Tools and creation of AI Agents

Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources.
- Reporting: Ability to create comprehensive and insightful reports based on data analysis.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate findings.
- Data Analysis Software: Proficient in using data analysis software, especially SQL, for extracting and analyzing data.
- Market Research: Familiarity with market research techniques and ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Creation of Financial Model: Expertise in creating financial models, which is a specialized skill within the financial analysis realm.
Qualifications:
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role or a similar position involving data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Creation of Financial Model: Must have solid experience and background in creating financial models.
- Education: Bachelors degree in accounting or CPA is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis is considered a strong advantage for this role. Must have experience in benchmarking, marketing research, and data comparison.
