Job Summary
The Financial & Revenue Analyst is responsible for the planning, coordinating and administration of the PSS general accounting and financial reporting activities, including financial statement preparation and analysis, budget estimation and reconciliation, forecasting and revenue recording. Lead accounting activities related to accounts receivables in a timely manner, following standard accounting policies and procedures and ensuring all stakeholders are responded to in an accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of PSS budget, revenue and other financial reports- weekly and monthly reporting to PSS Management Committee;
- Support PSS on forecast and budget estimates with profitability and cost control as required;
- Regularly communicate & inform the financial and revenue generation situation and highlight potential risks and opportunities as applicable;
- Arrange for revenue collection to bring the account current and follow up to ensure obligation is satisfied. Rationalize collection plans with vendors as applicable;
- Generation of statement of account (SOA) and collection of confirmed revenues;
- Preparation and analysis of collections and aging reports;
- Work closely with Vendor Management Team and assist in accrediting vendors, analysis of vendor's financial statements, reports preparation for vendor accreditation;
- Assist in the maintenance of supplier database;
- May provide ad hoc analyses and other reports as maybe required by PSS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or any related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, audit, and procurement
