Job Description

The Financial and Budget Management Specialist for Recruitment (Vertis North Quezon City) is responsible for supporting the financial administration, budget monitoring, reporting, and cost governance of the Talent Acquisition function. This role ensures accurate tracking of recruitment expenditures, vendor payments, budget utilization, and financial reporting while providing insights to support cost-effective hiring strategies and compliance with organizational financial policies.

Financial Reporting & Analytics

* Generate and maintain recruitment financial dashboards and reports.

* Analyze recruitment spending and cost-per-hire metrics.

* Reconcile recruitment-related expenses and ensure data accuracy.

* Provide financial insights and recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership.

Vendor Payment & Expense Management

* Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure timely vendor payments.

* Monitor vendor expenditures against approved budgets and contracts.

* Maintain accurate records of recruitment-related financial transactions.

Stakeholder Management

* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Procurement, and vendor partners.

* Provide financial support and guidance to recruitment teams regarding budget utilization and expense management.
