Job Description

Job Description:

  • Own analytics and performance reporting for the Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) Commercial team, covering FBS KAM and BD/KAM performance.
  • Track and analyze seller, cluster, and KAM performance across FBS programs, taking into account different KPI criteria across commercial teams.
  • Develop dashboards, analytical tools, and performance trackers to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Build and improve seller-facing tools to help sellers better understand their performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze performance gaps and identify opportunities to improve FBS adoption, seller performance, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Support the review and optimization of the FBS KPI framework, including KPI design, measurement methodology, and performance tracking.
  • Partner closely with FBS, Business Development, KAM, and BI teams to align KPI definitions, data requirements, and business priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional discussions and manage stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into clear actions and measurable business impact.


Requirements:

  • Good with maths
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
  • Proficient with financial terms and concepts with good understanding of standard business P&L items
  • Strong stakeholders management and communication skills
  • Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure to deliver results in fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, Proficient in Excel
