Job Description

Overview of the Role:

This role plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for preparing and consolidating the Bank's monthly financial and operational performance reports for the Board, maintaining and updating board databases, and ensuring the integrity of management committee (Mancom) documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly financial and operational performance reports for the Board.
  • Maintain and update board databases and summary files.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, including variances against budget and prior periods.
  • Create board presentation materials and ensure timely submission.
  • Document and finalize minutes of management committee (Mancom) meetings.
  • Provide support for Mancom agendas, presentations, and related requirements.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related business course.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, or corporate planning, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
