POSITION TITLE: Financial Analyst
WORK LOCATION: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite, Night Shift
SALARY: PHP 45,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- System Administration: Act as the primary Navan Admin, managing configurations, user permissions, and ensuring seamless data integration with financial systems.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track expense trends, compliance metrics, and budget utilization for Finance and Leadership.
- Audit & Compliance: Monitor data for discrepancies or policy violations; collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate expense coding and regulatory adherence.
- Strategic Insights: Identify spending patterns and outliers, providing actionable data to support management and talent team decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Stay current on Navan best practices and recommend system enhancements to increase reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Analytics, or any related field.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in expense reporting, financial analysis, or similar role.
- Experience with Navan (or similar expense management platforms) strongly preferred or Concur, and/or NetSuite system experience is okay.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skill; experience in BI tools a plus.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa on a night shift schedule.
