Financial Analyst

Location: Cebu, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Unlock Your Potential!

TOA Global is a leading outsourcing partner dedicated to empowering accounting and finance firms across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines. We connect exceptional professionals with growth-oriented firms that value precision, reliability, and collaboration-helping both our clients and our team members thrive.

We are looking for a dependable and forward-thinking Financial Analyst to join a dynamic international corporate finance team. In this role, you will transition beyond traditional ledger processing to own complex Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, structured valuation reviews, and data-driven insights. If you are someone who loves extracting stories from numbers, building robust financial models, and leveraging modern AI and cloud tools to optimize corporate portfolios, this is the role where you will do your best work.

Your Impact

  • FP&A Engine Room: Execute core financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. You will interpret monthly financial results and package data into actionable insights for corporate leadership.

  • Valuation & Portfolio Oversight: Review multi-page financial packages and capitalization tables. You will verify that investment dates, ownership stakes, valuation metrics, and complex calculations are perfectly synchronized.

  • Numbers Detective: Perform high-level reconciliations of sophisticated portfolio metrics against raw source records, identifying anomalies, documentation gaps, or performance shifts across various asset pools.

  • Process Automation & Innovation: Actively seek opportunities to optimize financial workflows. You will champion the use of cloud technology, advanced spreadsheets, and smart tools to build efficient forecasting schedules.

  • Cross-Reference Guru: Cross-check figures between financial schedules and investor reports, auditing prior versions for historical accuracy while ensuring regulatory disclosures are comprehensively satisfied.

  • Audit-Ready Guardian: Maintain meticulous analytical documentation that keeps all corporate forecasting, tracking, and compliance data structured, clean, and ready for board-level review.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or an equivalent corporate analytical role.

  • Technical Mastery: Highly tech-savvy with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., complex formulas, data modeling, dynamic reporting).

  • Tool Optimization (Preferred): Familiarity or exposure to Carta, Claude AI (or other LLMs for documentation processing), and Portfolio Management/Analysis frameworks is a strong advantage, though not strictly required.

  • Analytical Edge: A sharp, deductive mind with a proven record of handling granular financial data with 100% precision-errors simply do not get past you.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, critical for presenting financial variances and collaborating with global partners across time zones.

  • Operational Discipline: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight corporate reporting deadlines concurrently without dropping the ball.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Time for You: Enjoy 21 Total Annual Service Incentive Leaves, flexible to use for travel, emergencies, or anything you may need for your Me time.

  • Tenure Recognition Program: Celebrate your milestones with us; on your 2nd year, choose between a cash reward or one free HMO dependent.

  • Health & Security: Comprehensive HMO and Life Insurance coverage from day one.

  • Shift Flexibility: Enjoy the stability of a Monday to Friday night shift schedule that keeps you perfectly synced with North American capital markets and global business standards.

  • Onsite Stability: Benefit from the consistent infrastructure, enterprise data security, and face-to-face synergy of working directly out of our state-of-the-art Cebu facility.

  • The Hub Experience: Work from a modern facility featuring dedicated custom workstations, collaborative breakout spaces, interactive game zones, and an in-house cafe bar serving over 20 varieties of free premium drinks to keep you sharp and energized throughout the night shift.
