Role Description The Financial Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing regular reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The Financial Analyst will review financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Daily tasks include evaluating financial trends, assisting in variance analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance knowledge, including understanding of core financial concepts and business drivers.
• Experience in Financial Planning and budgeting, with the ability to support forecasting and long-term planning activities.
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and interpreting results for stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills and capability in Financial Reporting, including preparation of clear, accurate reports and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and financial modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or similar).
• Ability to interpret data, present insights, and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a support, services, or technology-focused organization is beneficial.
