Financial Analyst (Remote – Philippines)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support underwriting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting for a growing residential real estate investment and property management portfolio. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in evaluating acquisitions and monitoring operating performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial underwriting models for potential property acquisitions (e.g., residential communities, multi-family, and similar assets)
• Develop and update pro forma financial models for both acquisitions and operating properties
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and track actual performance versus projections
• Create property-level budget variance reports (actual vs. pro forma)
• Support analysis of multiple acquisition opportunities annually to assist investment decisions
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and investment evaluations for leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience in real estate, investment, brokerage, or development
• Strong Excel modeling skills, including building underwriting models from scratch
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
• Ability to manage multiple active analyses and work independently
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with residential or community-based real estate assets
• Familiarity with property management or real estate financial systems (e.g., Rent Manager, Argus)
• Exposure to both asset management and acquisition underwriting
