We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, reconciliation, and operational analysis activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end close processes, analyzing financial performance, and partnering with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting.
• Review and validate financial transactions, reports, and accounting activities performed by internal or external service providers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, variances, trends, and key performance indicators to support business decision-making.
• Conduct inventory, cost, and profitability analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities through financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial information, documentation, and schedules for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to investigate and resolve financial and operational issues.
• Respond to ad hoc financial inquiries and provide timely analytical support to business partners.
• Support treasury and financial risk management activities by preparing required financial data and reports.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting certification (such as CPA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, auditing, shared services, manufacturing, or related finance environments.
• Experience supporting financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting activities preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting, cost analysis, and financial planning processes is an advantage.
