Job Overview:
Conduct analytical review of account balances of subsidiaries handled to be included in the SMC and Top Frontier Consolidated Financial Statements.
Review individual submissions of trial balance and schedules of subsidiaries handled using the monitoring file and identify pending items for close follow-up.
Prepare and analyze supporting schedules of SMC and Top Frontier Consolidated Financial Statements.
Participate in the preparation and review of SMC and Top Frontier's quarterly and annual Consolidated Financial Statements, and other reports required for filing with the SEC.
Respond to queries concerning consultation of subsidiaries handled.
Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
