Financial Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• In-depth knowledge of financial statement preparation, reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience in tax preparation, tax compliance, and related regulatory requirements
• Experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision support is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Support financial analysis and reporting to aid business decision-making
• Help create and update financial models
• Monitor budget versus actual results and provide variance analysis
• Prepare and assist with tax filings, tax compliance requirements, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records, accounting schedules, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable tax regulations
