About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Services team. This role combines financial analysis, business process understanding, and technology to support the design and configuration of enterprise planning solutions.
You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze financial and business requirements, translate them into planning models, and support the implementation of planning solutions. Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Planning
- Analyze financial and business processes to support the design and configuration of planning solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective planning models and configurations.
- Understand finance, accounting, and business rules to ensure accurate solution design.
Solution Delivery
- Configure and maintain planning models based on business requirements.
- Participate in solution training and certification programs as required.
- Deliver assigned work within agreed timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate business logic.
- Collaborate with Planning Solution Architects and fellow team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Pre-Sales Support
- Assist in solution discussions, scope definition, and effort estimation for prospective clients.
- Learn planning technologies and understand how they support various business processes.
- Participate in meetings with clients and technology partners when needed.
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate project documentation and billable hours.
- Follow internal security policies and project controls.
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
- 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting processes, and business terminology.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Experience with Anaplan or other planning solutions is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work on-site at client premises within Metro Manila.
