We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in the healthcare and allied health sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience who enjoys working beyond the numbers. You'll partner with operational leaders, build financial models, analyze business performance, and provide insights that influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Actually Do
How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare monthly management reports with meaningful variance analysis and commercial insights.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Analyze revenue, margins, labour costs, productivity, and operational performance.
- Build financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Produce executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and support decision-making.
- Conduct scenario analysis and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Extract and analyze data from ERP and operational systems to improve reporting accuracy.
- Support finance system enhancements, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with strategic projects, including acquisitions, integrations, and process improvements.
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
- CA or CPA qualified (or currently working towards qualification).
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, MYOB Advanced, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
- Confident presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience using Power BI or Tableau.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
- Philippine-based employment only
