About Scale Suite

Scale Suite is a Sydney-based company on a mission to build the full-stack finance function for growing Australian businesses: daily finance operations, reporting and analysis, and CFO-level strategy, delivered as one embedded team. Finance is the core, and we mould around each client, with complementary HR services and the operational tasks that sit alongside finance. We are not an accounting practice and we are not a BPO. Every team member gets a Claude Pro subscription, AI is in daily use, deeper automation is around the corner, and an engineering team is coming on board in the near future to build it. Our Philippines team is central to everything we deliver, and it is growing fast.

The work

• Build and maintain financial models, including multi-year builds with sensitivity analysis.
• Own weekly cash flow forecasts across a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs that go straight to founders and boards.
• Support the big moments: capital raises, financing negotiations, due diligence on live deals, overseas expansion. Recent examples include modelling the cash conversion cycle for a consumer brand launching into major US retail and assisting sell-side due diligence on a private equity deal.
• Jump on ad-hoc analysis as clients need it, switching context fast and turning it around quickly.
• Work alongside our Finance Team Lead with structured senior review, so you learn fast and to a high standard.

Who we're after

• 2 to 4 years in FP&A, audit or corporate finance. Big 4 training is a plus.
• Strong university record.
• Excellent in Excel. Xero experience is a plus, not a must; we will train you.
• Strong written English. Most of your work lands directly with Australian clients.
• Self-managing and reliable working remotely.

Direct employment, not an agency

You will be employed directly by our own Philippine entity. Not an agency passthrough, not a contractor arrangement, not an EOR like most companies hiring from the Philippines.
