Job Summary
To deliver comprehensive, and risk-based financial analysis that accurately assesses borrower risk profiles to support prudent and well-informed lending decisions.
Responsibilities
Credit Due Diligence
- Assesses financial soundness and repayment capacity of borrowing clients.
- Validates and analyses historical financial statements for accuracy and performance trends.
- Identifies appropriate assumptions and performs financial projections primarily to evaluate repayment capacity.
- Performs sound reconstruction of financial statements with clear basis and assumptions.
- Conducts site visits and engages in client discussions with the relationship manager for new clients.
Financial and Risk Analysis
- Prepares financial spreadsheets and detailed analyses, including ratio assessment.
- Benchmarks company performance against industry peers and historical norms.
- Identifies key financial risks and possible mitigating factors.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in credit evaluation, financial analysis, or risk management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas/Makati.
