Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or any related field
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and document handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

As a Finance Analyst, you will support both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes from start to finish. Your role will help ensure that financial transactions are accurate, completed on time, and aligned with company standards.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in finance operations, improve processes, and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.

• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial processing
• Assist in managing the invoicing process, including posting, reconciliation, and follow-ups
• Maintain good relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Gather and analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Help review processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to both short-term solutions and long-term process improvements
• Take ownership of assigned tasks while collaborating with the team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates, preferably with an accounting or finance background
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Well-organized, able to manage tasks, and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision when needed
