Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking & Finance, or any related business field.
- Holder of CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is preferred; CFA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning, accounting, or related finance roles.

- Solid understanding of financial statements preparation and analysis (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Knowledge of cost accounting, revenue analysis, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment.
- Familiarity with Philippine financial regulations, tax basics, and reporting standards Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
