  • Hyperion Financial Management - Financial Data Reporting (for Actuals, POR, Profit Review, and External Reporting):

Assist in the coordination, preparation, and validation of the principal forecasting packages:

  • Monthly Supplementals (Phase 2 Actuals)
  • Quarterly President's Operating Report (POR)
  • Forecasting, and Monitoring of Budget

Coordinate Preparation, And Management Of Budgets

  • By providing assistance to update monthly budget/forecasting database: departmental, plant budgets, and foreign business units
  • by comparing actual results to prior periods or expected, including researching and explaining variances
  • for rebates and warranty programs of various customers
  • freight reporting including: annual budget preparation, review, and analysis
  • Accounting, and other analysis
  • 1. Analyze, write, and post s

Tandard, And Miscellaneous Journal Entries For

  • 1.1. freight reporting
  • 1.2. warranty reporting
  • 1.3. export sales reporting
  • 1.4. rebates customer program
  • 1.5. MFG & SG&A budgets accrual entries
  • 2. Miscellaneous transactions related to the five (5) processes above-mentioned.
  • Communication
  • Communicate - through email, and phone call - with different department contacts their performance / budget
  • Work with POCs on different continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate with POC for instructions on month-end close and discussion of different operational issues
  • Communicate with different department heads their annual budget for their operations
  • Document process documentation and update those if necessary
  • Ad hoc
  • Update different required Financial Review Exhibits
  • Work on ad hoc reports, process improvement initiatives, and analysis as requested by points-of-contact, or by business unit officers
