Ayala Land Offices, Inc. is looking for a Finance Analyst.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare, consolidate periodic financial statements.
- Prepare various financial schedules needed to close the books on a monthly and annual basis.
- Assist and facilitate the preparation or updating of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze, develop, recommend and, as appropriate, implement action points to keep financial results within, if not better than expectations.
- Review and submission of monthly financial reports for management reporting.
- Performs various finance and accounting functions for his assigned area/group/unit.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance.
- Holding a university degree in BS Accounting or relevant business-related course.
- CPA license is an advantage.
