The Financial Analyst's role (Corporate Finance ) is to support the Finance Manager with day-to-day financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, assisting with statutory accounts completion and audit
Functions:
- Month end closure- Prepare month-end journals, accruals, and reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate coding of financial transactions.
- Be responsible for balance sheet accounts and reconcile these monthly.
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and loan accounts.
- Calculation of monthly, quarterly and yearly commission calculations.
- Assist with consolidation of group accounts
- Assist with the Group's compliance requirements as required.
- Assist with audits-monthly basis.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Other tasks as required by the finance business partner and FP&A manager.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent full time
- 6am to 3pm Manila time
- Work Arrangement – 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home
- Office Location– PNB Building, Ayala Avenue Makati

- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new financial systems
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/ CPA) (preferred but not required)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial accounting roles
- Experience in year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts
