Job Summary
Relay Human Cloud is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst. In this role, you will conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and investment decisions — delivering insights that directly impact business performance.
This is an onsite, night shift position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities using established frameworks
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed, accurate reports aligned with reporting guidelines
- Evaluate investment opportunities and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations
- Monitor financial performance and conduct variance and profitability analyses
- Build and maintain financial models to support organizational decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret financial data
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal control requirements
- Manage cash flow assessments and analyze financial statements for overall financial health
- Support capital expenditure decisions through cost-benefit analysis and evaluation templates
- Track and report key performance metrics using dashboards and defined KPIs
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS commercial real estate software
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial databases (Bloomberg, Reuters)
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Clear communication and presentation skills for translating complex financial information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Preferred
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency in accounting software: Yardi, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, AppFolio, or MRI
