Job Description

Work content

Bookkeeping and general accounting functions
Government and tax compliance requirements
Inspect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions
Process Disbursements
Ensure all dues and payables are paid on time, process payments
Release check payments and ensure timely payment of bills
Issue receipts after audit of cash receipts
Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Prepares daily bank reconciliations
Accounting financial reports
Other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity of accounting and office software
Must have at least a year of experience as accounting assistant or other parallel position
Must be good in MS Office Applications
Good in oral and written communication skills
Keen to details and good in record keeping
