This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor Recruiter based in Cagayan De Oro City, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier financial advisors who will contribute to the company's success. Responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, managing recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, and aligning potential hires with the company's financial planning and advisory missions. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the needs and goals specific to the financial services industry.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments
• Experience in Financial Advisory services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and remote collaboration tools
