Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Cebu. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend appropriate insurance, investment, and retirement planning solutions. Daily tasks include preparing financial plans, presenting proposals, and regularly reviewing and updating clients portfolios. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, educating clients on financial products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Financial Advisor will also participate in sales and marketing activities, attend trainings, and collaborate with the team to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop suitable strategies.
• Knowledge of Retirement Planning and Investments, including risk assessment and portfolio diversification.
• Experience or interest in providing Financial Advisory services, guiding clients toward their long-term financial goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric and ethical approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team in an on-site setting.
• Willingness to learn, attend training programs, and stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulations.
