Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor (Bancassurance) role based in Davao.

The Financial Advisor will work closely with partner bank branches to identify client needs, present suitable insurance and investment solutions, and support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs assessments, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding clients through policy applications and investment transactions.

The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships through regular reviews, providing ongoing policy and investment servicing, and collaborating with bank staff to maximize sales opportunities.

The Financial Advisor is expected to meet sales targets, follow compliance and regulatory guidelines, and participate in training and development programs.

• Demonstrated skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build comprehensive long-term financial strategies.
• Strong foundation in Finance and Investments to effectively explain product options and guide clients in growing and protecting their wealth.
• Experience in Financial Advisory, preferably in bancassurance or insurance, with the ability to translate client needs into appropriate solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in financial planning or insurance are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, handle client inquiries, and present financial concepts clearly.
• Goal-oriented mindset, strong sales aptitude, and willingness to work in a bank branch environment in Davao.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
