Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor based in Northern Mindanao, Philippines, with a combination of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will help individuals and families understand their financial needs and develop personalized financial plans that align with their goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospects and existing clients, conducting financial needs analyses, presenting suitable life insurance and investment solutions, and assisting clients with applications and policy servicing. The role also involves maintaining regular follow-ups, building long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal teams and bank partners, and staying up to date on market trends, products, and compliance requirements. Advisors are expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities and uphold ethical and regulatory standards in all client engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Experience or knowledge in Investments and Retirement Planning to guide clients on long-term wealth accumulation and protection.
- Demonstrated capability in Financial Advisory, including client consultation, needs analysis, and recommendation of suitable products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with performance targets in a part-time setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both client-facing and remote tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., insurance or investment licenses) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or insurance sales is beneficial but not strictly required; openness to ongoing training and professional development.
