What You'll Do

  • Prepare and maintain internal documents, templates, and marketing materials
  • Update client data in the CRM and manage routine client communications
  • Coordinate newsletters, social content, review emails, and personalized messages
  • Work with product providers to obtain quotes, summaries, and client updates
  • Handle meeting materials, logistics, and adviser code setup
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and budget-aligned document production
  • Support advisers with admin tasks, product research, and advice preparation
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and provide team backup when needed

Key Criteria


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Financial Management
  • Understanding of Australian financial planning and administration
  • Experience with AdviserLogic, Xplan, or similar software (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and strong technical writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mailbox, and calendar management
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines

Work Set Up


Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm). Initial two-month onsite training period, followed by a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
