Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Binãn. The Finance Specialist is an operational-level professional responsible for executing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and supporting corporate accounting workflows. Unlike senior or advisory finance who focus on strategic planning and investment models, this position primarily manages the high-volume, hands-on tasks that keep an organization's finance department running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing and payments.
• Record journal entries, update general ledgers, and categorize business expenses.
• Match bank statements with internal accounting records to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quality checks on submitted invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Organize financial documentation, receipts, and tax certificates for internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience with Accounting Software tools and systems
• Excellent Communication skills for reporting and team collaboration
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a financial or accounting role is preferred
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus
