Job Description
- Assists in maintaining basic and subsidiary accounting, records and books of accounts;
- Provides assistance in the review and preparation of vouchers, journals, ledgers, financial statements and other reports;
- Conducts research on applicable accounting rules, regulations and issuance to ensure accounting-related compliances by the Agency with governing bodies;
- Assists in the coordination and reporting requirements with the GSIS, BIR, COA and other agencies as necessary;
- Coordinates all transaction of the Division with other Divisions;Provides liaison, administrative and logistics support; and
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business Administration major in Accounting
- Work Experience: none required
- Training: none required
- Eligibility: RA 1080, as amended, (CPA)
Monthly Salary: (Step 1) 37,098 to (Step 8) 43,518 (PG 11)
