Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of month-end closing journal postings and reporting
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation
  • Preparation of intercompany reconciliation and settlement
  • Preparation of cash flow forecast
  • Prepare monthly reports as required
  • Review, validates and/ or records company transactions
  • Maintain assigned company's books
  • Point of contact for external audit

Qualifications

  • The applicant must be CPA with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting
  • Strong grasp and understanding of financial controls and best practices
  • Experience in audit is nice to have but not required
  • Proactive and driven to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
  • Quick learner and able to suggest for process improvement
  • Amenable to work on a temporary hybrid work set-up in (2 days onsite Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City and 3 days WFH)
