Key duties and responsibilities- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Company credit card flexi purchase reconciliation and accounting
- Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger
- Maintenance & reconciliation of fixed asset register
- Month end accruals & journal processing
- Intercompany rebills & recharges
- Completion of ABS surveys
- Assistance with month end & Profit & Loss reporting
- Identify and drive any improvements to processes and procedures
- Provide support to the finance team as required
Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceQualifications & Experience- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Degree & CPA qualified
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail, with ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work within deadlines
