Company Description New Options Worldwide (NOW) builds long-term offshore operations teams in the Philippines for companies seeking stable, scalable support beyond short-term outsourcing. Founded in 2007, NOW focuses on embedding dedicated back-office teams that preserve institutional knowledge and reduce operational risk as businesses grow. The company supports clients in construction, engineering and architecture, professional services, and sales-driven organizations such as real estate, solar, insurance, and home services. With more than 100 long-tenured team members, low turnover, and process-driven onboarding and escalation, NOW is designed for multi-year partnerships rather than quick staffing experiments. NOW serves clients across Australia, North America, the UK, and Europe.
