Financial Account Representative

HGS is looking for a Financial Services Representative to join its international voice account in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The successful candidate will provide professional customer service, assist customers with financial account-related concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.

This position is ideal for candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience, particularly those with international voice customer service experience and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for an international financial account.
• Provide accurate and professional assistance with customer inquiries and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and account guidelines.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
• Maintain professionalism and composure when handling customer concerns.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service performance standards.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
