Job Description
As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, and general account-related concerns through phone, chat, or email support.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about billing, payments, and account services
