Finance Transformation Lead 12 months contract

Our client is a global logistics and supply chain group, is seeking for a Finance Transformation Lead to support finance team in Makati, Philippines on a 12-month contract.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct review and redesign of finance processes across billing, invoicing, collections, and documentation. 
• Establish clear controls and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. 
• Manage and coach a 10-person finance team in Manila through the stabilisation phase. 
• Deliver regular progress updates and serve as the main escalation point for finance operations issues. 

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain sectors.
• Proven success driving finance operations turnarounds or stabilisation in shared services or regional hubs.
• Strong background in billing, invoicing, and order‑to‑cash processes within B2B.
• Skilled in setting up and strengthening finance controls, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Effective collaborator with regional finance leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Holds a recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
