Finance Transformation Assistant Manager

Role Summary:

The Finance Transformation Jr. Lead Consultant will support global clients in redesigning,

modernizing, and optimizing finance functions through process improvement, target

operating model design, and technology-led transformation. The role combines

strong finance functional expertise with hands-on experience in 1) ERP platforms

such as SAP, Oracle, and 2) tools like OneStream and Blackline.

Prior Experience and experience:

• 3–7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or EPM consulting

• Strong knowledge of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)

• Experience with ERP like SAP, Oracle

• Experience with tools like OneStream and Blackline

• Understanding of financial close and controls

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Education/professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

• Professional certifications preferred (CA / CPA / ACCA)

• EPM Tools certification preferred
