Responsibilities:
- Schedule workload for the entire finance team.
- Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings.
- Liaise with other departments and executive management.
- Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns.
- Apply cost accounting concepts to operations and financial statements.
Required Skills/Capabilities:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Previous team leadership experience is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and creatively to achieve company goals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
