Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule workload for the entire finance team.
  • Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings.
  • Liaise with other departments and executive management.
  • Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns.
  • Apply cost accounting concepts to operations and financial statements.

Required Skills/Capabilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Previous team leadership experience is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively to achieve company goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
