Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong for a Finance Team Lead. The Finance Team Lead will manage financial reporting and accounting processes, oversee the preparation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes leading financial analysis to support decision-making, managing budgets, and providing financial advice to support organizational goals. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate finance-related operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and expertise in Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and inform strategic decisions
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage
