Payroll preparation for all employees, preparation and filing of statutory remittances including payroll tax and preparation of payroll and statutory related entries for month end closing.
Support cash planning every week, ensure cash availability by closely monitoring invoicing and collections making sure invoices are serve to clients on time and collections are done on time.
Assist in preparation of working papers for year-end audit
Submission of loose-leaf books of accounts and business permit renewal
Assist finance manager in ensuring all departmental processes are properly followed and documented
Review and validate the accuracy of financial and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with BIR/SEC/PEZA requirements and support statutory audits.
Support audit readiness and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Other related tasks assigned by the finance manager or management.
Job qualifications
Must Have Skills :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, (Management Accounting) or any relevant courses.
Philippine CPA preferred but not required
Minimum 10 years of total working experience in various fields of finance such as GL/AR/AP/payroll/order to cash/procure to pay/record to report with 2 years leadership experience.
Advance analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS excel/Sage.
Strong organizational skills, leadership and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Experience working in multi-entity or international environments preferred
Experience with payroll administration and financial operations
Strong understanding of Philippine's accounting and statutory reporting requirements.
Strong written and spoken english communication skills
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
