Job Description

Creativents PH is an exhibit fabrication and event solutions company based in Manila, Philippines, with international partners in Japan, Thailand, Singapore, India, Middle East, Australia, and USA. The company completes all work in-house, from initial design concept to building displays and execution on-site.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Finance and Tax Officer in our San Pedro office. The FTO will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries, analytical skills, finance, and accounting software utilization. This employee will work closely with the accounting team and assist in the preparation of financial records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology

With at least 2 years experience in an Advertising or Construction Industry

Knowledgeable in various accounting software such as QNE is a plus

Has excellent analytical skills for interpreting financial data

Has a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles

Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal

With strong attention to detail

Willing to travel locally to attend events or exhibits

Amenable to work asap

Job Description

Gather monetary data and manage the maintenance of accounting journals.

Process and monitor payment of bills, requests, and others.

Responsible for bank reconciliation.

Responsible for monitoring and checking of receipts, and purchase order with its validity and

approval.

Collect the sales of the Graphics Department and deposit to the company's account as

scheduled.

Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, vouchers, and other accounting-related documents.

Communicate with clients and various departments to find solutions on the outstanding

payments and clarify accounting related issues, procedures, and policies.

Organize reports required by management and other governmental organizations.

Responsible for tax compliance and procedures and ensure its optimal quality and other necessary documents for government processing.

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the company's financial statements and

reports.

Responsible for examining financial and accounting records to verify their completeness and

help make recommendations to the managing director
