Position Summary

The Finance Systems Manager will lead the design, ownership, and optimization of our Pigment environment, serving as the architect of scalable financial models and integrated data flows. This role bridges finance and technology—building dynamic models for headcount, revenue, OpEx, and cash flow, while ensuring seamless connections with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake. Beyond system management, the Finance Systems Manager will champion enablement through documentation and training, and drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and automating planning cycles. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, translating complex financial logic into user‑friendly solutions that empower business decision‑making.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pigment Architecture & Ownership: Serve as the Lead Architect for our Pigment environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, build, UAT, and deployment.

  • Model Building: Assist in the building and refining of financial models (Headcount, Revenue/ARR, OpEx, and Cash Flow) directly within Pigment, ensuring they are dynamic, scalable, and audit-ready.

  • Data Strategy & Integrations: Provide overall support for the Finance Systems roadmap. Partner with our Biz Tech and Accounting to optimize data flows between Pigment and our tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake).

  • Enablement: Act as the internal champion for Pigment. You will create documentation and lead training sessions to ensure the broader Finance and Business Org can self-serve and trust the data.

  • Process Engineering: Look beyond the software to improve the process. You will identify bottlenecks in our current planning cycles and automate them away.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Data and Systems, Finance Systems or a similar role
  • At least 2 years of hands-on model building in planning tools (Pigment is strongly preferred, but Anaplan, Adaptive or similar tools are also acceptable)
  • Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is a plus
  • Experience with SQL, developing stand-alone applications or using AI tools is also a plus
  • Skilled in working with data models, versions and structures, with the ability to design formulas that are efficient and easy to maintain
  • Adept at identifying and fixing issues in models or data integrations, with a focus on building sustainable solutions
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to finance and business stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and metrics is a bonus
  • Available to work from 6PM – 3AM Manila Time (3AM – 12PM Pacific Time), Monday to Friday
  • Work arrangement: fully remote, but may be required to report onsite if necessary
  • Salary: Up to PHP 200,000
